Barbara was born highly psychic and intuitive and with the ability to use these gifts consciously to clairvoyantly
experience spiritual beings which lead to her developing her mediumship ability.
Barbara realized that outside of her family these gifts were not understood nor accepted so she chose to keep them hidden and to pursue a more traditional path becoming an Elementary School Teacher and then a District Learning Support Teacher for North Vancouver School District. A Learning Support Teacher position presented her with an opportunity to assist and program for students with disabilities. Barbara retired from teaching in 2009 which presented an opportunity to further explore her many gifts of Clairvoyance, Clair cognizance, and Clairsentience. Although Barbara had become a Reiki Master in 2004 she continued to explore other modalities such as;
- Reconnective Energy Healing in 2014
- Psychic Mediumship with Shana Lee Gibson Level 1 and 2 from September 2014 to July 2015
- Holistic Practitioner Certificate Program – Intuitive Consultant Third Degree in 2014 with Kelly Oswald of The Oracle.
- Barbara also studied with Doreen Virtue and became a Certified Angel Oracle Card Reader in 2013 and a Certified Advanced Angel Tarot Card Reader Course in 2014.
- Barbara attended a Channelling group and trained for one year in 2011 – 2012.
