other people’s names or images may arise for you in the reading. By
participating in a reading with me, you accept that I am not reading another
person’s life, personality, disposition, action, or activity past, present or future.
Your reading is about your thoughts, opinions and feelings and any mention of
another person is never to be taken as objective truth of that person’s life,
disposition, personality, or activities or actions.
That you understand that our sessions are completely confidential and that
neither you or I will publish any part of the session. Please note that Zoom,
Skype, FaceTime, Google Hangouts, Dropbox, email, texts, another digital
platforms may not be completely confidential in themselves and use of these
platforms does entail certain risks.
That you accept that I encourage you to record your reading and that I can also
record the reading and send it to you. You understand that neither I nor you
will record without permission.

By having a reading with me. you agree that you, your assigns, executors,
guardians and other legal counselors, or entities release me, Barbara Ellwood
and my employees or anyone associated with my business, from all known or
unknown claims against me as a result of any information arising out of a
reading that you received from me. You waive all claims, demands,
compensation, actions, that I or anyone associated with me or any other
participant in the reading currently or hereafter may have for any injuries
perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to have suffered because of
or during your reading with me, Barbara Ellwood. You understand and agree
that in the event that you, or anyone associated with you, bring a claim for
damages against Barbara Ellwood and any person associated with Barbara
Ellwood as a result of Barbara Ellwood’s actions, omissions and other acts,
that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Barbara Ellwood
and all persons associated with Barbara Ellwood from any and all claims,
actions, and or damages, legal and otherwise, including the cost and expense
of and including reasonable attorney fees associated with defending such
actions and claims.
That you agree that you engage in this reading at your own risk.

reading is to be very free, open to spirit, to unconscious influences, and that I
